Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Follow Up Forge (the “Product”) from followupforge.com, operated by Padasevana LLC (“Padasevana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Our guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If the Product is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email support@followupforge.com from the address you used to purchase, with your order details and a short note that you would like a refund. We will confirm and process the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.

After the guarantee window

Once the 30-day window has passed, purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Digital product note

The Product is delivered electronically, in full, at purchase. Requesting a refund means your license to use the Product ends, and you agree to stop using and to delete the Product materials.
